Varg Vikernes is no matter what a prominent figure and his Burzum is outstanding. The album is great. The general feeling of the album has become rather thoughtful and steady. It still retains evil, but a dark and mysterious evil. From this album, Vikernes shows melancholy of his works that will further evolve in following albums. It has 8 brilliant tracks, out of which four are fully arranged black metal songs with vocals, guitars etc. They kill literally the mind. Black metal, indeed.

Frisch eingetroffen ist nun endlich die neue CD der bekannten Ruhrpott Kombo, deren Debüt vor 2 Jahren sehr gut bei euch ankam. Ohne groß übertreiben zu wollen, hat man sich bei dieser CD um 1000% gedreht und gesteigert. Der Sound ist klasse und mit dem Debüt überhaupt nicht zu vergleichen. Die Gitarren brummen und das Schlagzeug scheppert, daß es mich durchaus an CDs von Sturmwehr und KC erinnert. Schöner melodischer Rechtsrock mit dem nötigen Schuss an Härte und Schnelligkeit. Absolut zeitgemäß wie ich finde, und ohne gleich wieder auf eine HC Schiene aufspringen zu wollen. Textlich versteckt man sich nicht hinter irgendwelchen Umschweifen und sagt geradeaus was man denkt. Wie man es von Bands aus dem Pott gewohnt ist, man denke nur an Oidoxie und Sturmwehr. Die Stimme passt zur Mucke wie die Faust auf's Auge und ich denke, diese CD kan sich absolut sehen lassen. Neben der guten Mucke gibt es mit einem 16seitigen Beiheft auch noch etwas für's Auge. Wird einige sehr überraschen denke ich, gute CD!

Eigentlich erst naechste Woche erwartet kommt nun hier das zweite Machtwerk der 5 Recken aus Ostsachsen. Weit gefechert ist diese CD geworden. Vom Dampfhammer der letzten CD bis zur Melodie Rocknummer und Ballade ist alles dabei. Man deckt wirklich die komplette Bandbreite ab. Die brachiale Stimme, die wohl die meisten von Euch geliebt haben, hat sich stetig nach vorne entwickelt und wird gekonnt eingesetzt. In ruhigen Passagen mal seicht und gediegen und dann mal wieder brachial laut. Der Sound passt wie schon bei der ersten CD und textlich ist man bei den gewohnten Toenen geblieben. Mal geht es heidnisch zur Sache, mal sehr politisch. Neben den 11 Lieder mit einer Spielzeit von ueber 50. Minuten gibt es noch ein 24seitiges Beiheft dazu, mit allen Texten und einer sehr schoenen Gestaltung. Ich denke hier macht man nix falsch, wer die erste mochte, der wird diese CD lieben und somit ist diese CD eine klare Empfehlung fuer jeden Anhaenger des deutschen Rechtsrocks!
