ELDRIG (US). Epic, progressive Black Metal by Eldrig van See, of the magnificent FANISK. One can hear FANISK's guitar work on this opus, though themes vary slightly in relation to the solar, hermetic, ariosophical sensibilities of the former, herein focussing more on Nietzschean philosophy, Aryanism, and the martial spirit, necessarily with reference to the thought of Savitri Devi. ELDRIG is also guitar-driven where FANISK emphasises the orchestral synths. This album comes with a luxurious textured booklet (feels almost like old parchment) and disc pressed onto red polycarbonate!
